Pricing of Your Event

Airheads Oxygen Bars has been in the business of manufacturing and renting Oxygen Bars, and that's all we do. We specialize in last
minute rentals. Since 1998, our reputation, personnel, cutting edge designs, and state of the art equipment has earned us many
awards in the events industry.   Renting an Oxygen Bar is an expense you should not undertake with "fly by night" Oxygen Bar rental
companies who do not carry liability insurance or offer their services at an unrealistic rate, i.e. claiming to beat any price. Keep in mind
that you always get what you pay for when using an Oxygen Bar rental service. Your event is too important to put into anyone else's
hands. No other Oxygen Bar rental company can offer their clients so many equipment and pricing options. No other Oxygen Bar
rental service can offer true therapeutic aromatherapy from organic essential aromas, nor can they service up to 12 PEOPLE
SERVICED SIMULTANEOUSLY FROM ONE STANDARD BAR PACKAGE!

                Airheads Inc. will accept all major credit cards, bank wires, checks and PayPal payments.

The Airheads' full "Dream Machine" 3 panel modular Oxygen Bar is our standard bar package and comes complete and turnkey
with 12 different aromas, a bartender/technician, unlimited nose hoses and unlimited Oxygen bar sessions for your guests.

The Airheads "Budget Package" (AKA Aromarizers Only Package) is the same as the above-mentioned "Dream Machine"
package only WITHOUT the bar furniture or stand.

To operate, we require a standard 120v power outlet with (15 amp service) and bar stools for the bartender(s)/technician(s) to
sit on. The above-mentioned equipment package can serve up to 12 people standing simultaneously or 6 people seated
simultaneously. (Airheads does NOT supply barstools because of the ever changing style, color, and decor of events.)

All of the above-mentioned equipment packages come standard in white panels.

Branding or personalization of our equipment packages is another option that we offer. Our Airheads' full "Dream Machine" 3
panel modular Oxygen Bar with ONE COLOR branding consists of black lettering on white panels. Both of the Aromarizer units
(which sit on top of the bar itself) and the center bar panel can be branded or personalized for an additional $395.00 above and
beyond your rental cost. You may choose to brand ALL FIVE BAR PANELS in ONE COLOR for $695.00.

Our Airheads' full "Dream Machine" 3 panel modular Oxygen Bar with FULL COLOR branding (consisting of both of the
Aromarizer units, which sit on top of the bar itself, and the center bar panel) can be branded or personalized for an additional
$695.00 above and beyond your rental cost. You may choose to brand ALL FIVE BAR PANELS in FULL COLOR for $1095.00.

The branding or personalization of the "Budget Package" AKA as the Aromarizers Only Package can be ONE COLOR branded
for $200.00, or FULL COLOR branded for $395.00.

All branding files need to be submitted to Airheads in a CS2 digital file at least 3 weeks prior to the event date.

There are a few questions that we need to have answered in order to personalize your rental request quote. Please
take special care to answer all of the questions below in the pull down menus before you submit your quote request.
(If you leave any fields open, you will not be able to send your request.) The information that you send will enable us
to give you a true bona fide quote. The information will also be utilized in the Airheads service agreement if you
